The room with an ocean view took our breath away, offering a stunning backdrop for relaxation. the resort's vast all-inclusive restaurant options ensured we indulged in the best of fine and casual dining, including delectable street food fish tacos. the exclusive beach, Las Estacas, provided a private and secluded escape with gentle waves to enjoy. The staff, especially the entertainment team led by Edgar and Marilu, were exceptional in getting all guests involved in the fun, regardless of age or language barriers. We enjoyed the infinity pools and the swim-up bar with bay views, perfect for mingling and soaking up the vibrant atmosphere. Overall, Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta impressed us with its top-notch amenities, exceptional service, and unforgettable culinary experiences. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family retreat, or a special celebration, this resort offers something for everyone.
